1. The below fee entitles you to Certificate of Attendance and CME points equivalent to the sessions attended.   
2. Students are requested to submit a valid Student ID upon registrations.
3. The below fees do not include lunch.
4. The conference fee is non-refundable.
5. Poster Presenters should register under poster presenter category. It is mandatory for Poster Presenters to include Abstract submission ID to               register in poster section. Participants not registering under poster category, are not entitled to Poster certificates                 
6. Value added tax (VAT) will be introduced by the Government of UAE in 2018, and in the event it is being implemented, the Delegate will be required     to pay these taxes.  Presently, this registration form is exclusive of the above-mentioned tax.
