Submission process consists of two steps:
1. Profile Creation
2. Abstract Submission

How to submit your abstracts:
1. Click “New User” and create your profile. Please note that each edition has its respective account, previous accounts cannot be used for 2019
2. Click “submissions” and “add new” to submit your abstracts
3. Decide the category of your submission: Conference or Case Presentation
4. Read the abstract submission guidelines for the selected category

Important notes:
  • Once you create your profile, account will be created. For the next login you have to enter your email and password only
  • If you have forgotten your password, click “ Forgot Password” and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email

Submission deadline for Case Presentations Competition and Digital Poster Competition is Extended: 6 January 2019

*Selected Abstracts and allocated presentation slot details will be communicated by email upon the decision of the Scientific Committee
