Submission process consists of 3 stages:

1. Profile Creation
2. Abstract Submission - Stage 1
3. Full Submission - Stage 2

Steps to login:
1. Click “ New User” and create your profile
2. Once you create your profile, your account will be created. For the next login you have to enter your email and password only.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click “ Forgot Password” and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email.

Steps to submit your abstract:

1. Click “Submission” and “add new” to submit your abstract.
2. Select the Track and Focus Area
3. Select the Submission Type: Extended Abstract/Full Paper/e-Poster/ Project/Success Story
4. Abstract can be submitted in English or Arabic.
5. Read the abstract submission guidelines before submission through the link available below to more details on the above mentioned submission types.
6. Once your submission is approved at Stage 1, it will be promoted to Stage 2
7. In Stage 2, you are required to upload full submission in word format for final acceptance.
8. Upon final acceptance, an email notification will be sent to you with a link to register to the conference.
9. After registration your presentation will be added into the conference schedule and information will be sent to you.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract: The abstract is a brief but concise statement that describes a larger work. It should be between 300-500 words and should include a brief introduction, purpose, method used and findings. Five or six key words relating to the topic should be supplied along with the abstract. Content submitted here will be published in the official event catalogue upon acceptance and registration completion. click here for submission guidelines

2. Extended Abstract: An extended abstract is a research article in which a conference paper is presented in a concise way. It may include figures, tables and up to 5 references extracted from the respective full paper. Abstract length should be at least 500 words, including up to five references, but excluding Tables. click here for submission guidelines

3. Full Paper: Full papers should be around 4,000 - 5,000 words and include an abstract, introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings, implications for future research and references. Word count includes abstract, text, tables, diagrams, references and appendices. Please refer to submission guidelines to prepare your research papers. click here for submission guidelines

4. e-Poster: A poster is a visual presentation used to display text, graphs, tables, charts, and pictures to present the highlights of a subject. An E-poster is a digital version of a poster presentation. The e-poster may include text, figures, charts, tables, images, and artwork. click here for submission guidelines

5. Project: A project proposal submission should be a brief description of an idea for a project; it should include a project description, objectives, scope, impact, budget and timeline. click here for submission guidelines

6. Success Story: A success story presentation is designed to showcase a successfully implemented project. The stories should be relevant to challenges, actors, solutions, and outcomes, and they should describe one compelling project or an interesting series of projects. click here for submission guidelines
